Brandy finally turned to face him. She wasn't prepared. She'd spent months dehumanizing every memory of him. Making him out to be some ugly bastard. But he wasn't. He was a perfect angel. Brandy felt her lower lip quiver, wishing for a kiss. But no, she was strong, she could avoid his charm.
